Wide Seat Mobility Scooter w/Headlight & Cup Holder

I ordered this scooter for an upcoming trip and I love it. I was missing 1 butterfly screw and called customer service and spoke to Ben. He said he would send it out right away. Well I was expecting a small envelope and instead a large box was delivered to me. This wonderful company sent over at least $200. worth of accessories at no cost to me. Who does that? I am so pleased and grateful. Their customer service support is fantastic, very easy to get in touch with. If you are looking for a company that really cares about their customers and sells a great product I highly recommend them. I would give 10 stars if possible!

Bought this scooter looking for longer battery life and ease of transport. This scooter is EXCELLENT!!!!!!Battery - The battery came fully charged and the scooter was ready to go right out of the box. On a 5 day vacation, I had to charge the battery just once and this was using it every day for a couple of hours.Transportation - This scooter is VERY light. With one button release, the scooter folds down. Then the tiller folds on top of it. That’s it! Lifting it into the car trunk is easy.We took the scooter on a plane on vacation. Airline allows people with scooters drive right up to the door of the plane, they then load it in the cargo hold. All I had to do was show them how to fold it down.Cons - There are a few cons. The cushion is VERY thin and will not last. It is not comfortable. The solution is to keep a thicker one in your car to put on it. No big deal.Also, the scooter does not strike me as being very sturdy if you are going to take it over a lot of bumps. But, for going to the mall, shopping, airports, amusement parks, etc., this scooter is FANTASTIC!!!One other thing - It does come with a cup holder but it is cheap. I suggest buying an aftermarket cup and phone holder that attaches to the tiller.

I'm one to do my research before purchasing anything. must say this is a true winner!!! Superior quality, functional and light weight and the best value for the money.

I bought this scooter a year ago, and it has been a dynamo. It is lightweight and compact for travel, and mine has been to India, France, the Caribbean and Panama (the country). The battery is lightweight and pops out making airline travel easy. It folds down like a stroller so it easily fit into our cruise cabin. The bigger back wheels give it extra power. It climbed some steeper than US ramps in India. If I got stopped mid-ramp by someone in front of me, my husband just gave me a little push to get going again. I bought an extra battery for long sightseeing days, but I have never had to use it. I also bought the cover, but it doesn’t fit very well. The headlamp works great. I would love a basket and drink holder for local outings.

Great little portable scooter. Easy to store in the trunk for trips. Customer service has been great as well.
