Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible:

The item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

To start a return, email us at support@grandpaskarts.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery at support@grandpaskarts.com with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no hassle.
